All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia, with free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150 AUD. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel in real time.

We also ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please note that customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival.

We accept returns and changes of sizes within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags must still be attached.
• Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
• Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility. 

We DO NOT offer refunds. However we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a changes of sizes.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@simplicitycostore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
