Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags must still be attached.
• Must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
• Must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility. 

We DO NOT offer refunds. However we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@simplicitycostore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return :

• All items purchased on sale or using a promotional discount code are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
